Booking Terms & Conditions
A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required before the booking can be confirmed, failure to do so may result in the reservation being automatically cancelled without notice.
Final payment of booking is required 1 month prior to the actual booking.
Failure to make the final payment on time will result in the booking being automatically cancelled without notice & any deposit payments will be forfeited.
Deposits will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 30% if more than 4 weeks notice is given.
If less than 4 weeks notice of cancellation, all monies paid are forfeited.

- Please note that if you choose to change your booking dates, whether due to lack of snow or any other reason, the cancellation policy will still apply based on the original booking dates, not the new dates.
- You are entitled to one date change or, alternatively, a credit valid for up to three months.

Linen & towels are available at a cost of $15 per bed.
